How many concepts will I see?
It depends on the package: 3 to 10 original concepts, each designed from scratch for you.
What if I do not like the concepts?
We revise them, or start fresh from a new brief. Professional packages and above include unlimited revisions.
Do I get the source files?
Yes. Professional packages and above include the editable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG and PDF).
How does payment work?
You pay a 50% deposit to start and the balance when you approve the final work. Projects over $5,000 are split into milestones. Your project manager sends a secure Wise payment link for each invoice, which accepts cards and bank transfer.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 1 to 2 business days of your deposit. Logo concepts and first website designs arrive within 48 hours of your brief.
